At JoCode Innovations, we strive to ensure our clients are satisfied with our digital products and development services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted.

1. Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, we generally do not offer refunds once a product has been downloaded or accessed. However, we may consider refund requests under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, please contact us with proof of the duplicate transaction, and we will issue a refund for the duplicate purchase.

  • Technical Issues: If you encounter significant technical issues that prevent you from accessing or using the product, and we are unable to resolve the problem within a reasonable timeframe, a refund may be considered.

2. Development Services

For custom development services, our refund policy is as follows:

  • Cancellation Before Project Commencement: If you cancel your project before work has begun, you may be eligible for a full refund, minus any administrative fees incurred.

  • Cancellation After Project Commencement: If work has already started, refunds will be prorated based on the amount of work completed up to the point of cancellation. Any non-recoverable expenses or commitments made on your behalf will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • Project Completion: Once a project is completed and delivered, refunds are generally not available. However, if the delivered work does not meet the agreed-upon specifications outlined in our contract, we will work with you to address the issues. If a resolution cannot be reached, a partial refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

3. Subscription Services

If you have subscribed to any ongoing services, you may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds for subscription services are typically not provided for the current billing cycle but will prevent future charges.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at info@jocodeinnovations.com with the following information:

  • Your full name

  • Order number or transaction ID

  • Details of the product or service purchased

  • Reason for the refund request

We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.

5. Changes to This Refund Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
